Snuggles

I'm not too big on the idea of napping at my age (4.5 years old) but my mom insists, so I do. The nice part is that she crawls into bed and naps too, right by my side. I like to curl my toes into her tummy. After I kick them around a bit to find just the right spot, I lean over and ask her if I can keep them there. She always says yes. I also like to curl right up next to her back. I seem to fit just perfect and I keep her from rolling over. I always double check that she still has enough room. It is cozy when we take our afternoon nap in her big king bed because I make sure our pillows are touching, my toes are touching her belly, and I'm holding her back up from rolling over. I guess nap time is a good idea. ~ Big Man

The Innocence of a Child

Today we went to the school to drop off our recycling.  There were two big trucks.  One of the trucks was pulling a trailer that held some of the recycling.  I think the black man drove one and the orange man drove the other. - Big Man

(Note from Mom:  There were two men helping with the recycling.  One was Caucasian and wearing a black sweatshirt, the other man was African-American and wearing an orange one piece winter suit.)
